Casual work attire On-the-job training We are looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical assistance to the staff, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Work schedule is M-Th, 8AM-6PM, 1Hr unpaid lunch from noon to 1PM.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and take messages.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Maintain filing systems and databases.
Organize and distribute mail.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist with special projects as needed.
